A couple of two bit punks tried to rob a pharmacy here in my hometown, Oklahoma City. The pharmacist, a veteran, decided to take care of business the old fashioned way. He reached for his gun and let the punk have it.

The problem came when the druggist put more shots into the punk after he was down. Actually, it's no problem for me, I'm not gonna loose any sleep over it. The local District Attorney's office had a problem with it, however, and proceeded to charge the druggist with murder.
Defense attorneys for the druggist say that as a military veteran, trained for combat, no one can really understand what he was going through unless they have been robbed themselves.
I AGREE.
It is a travesty that this man should have to defend himself twice, first from a violent robber, second from a publicity hungry District Attorney. I really don't care if the robber was already down when he got shot six more times. Really, I don't.
IF THE PUNK HAD OBEYED THE LAW AND MINDED HIS OWN BUSINESS, HE'D STILL BE ALIVE. HE DESERVED WHAT HE GOT.
Period. End of Story.

Mother of teen criticizes prosecutor over charge

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The mother of a 14-year-old charged with murder in the shooting death of another teenager during an attempted robbery says the prosecutor has gone back on his word.
Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater has charged Jevontia Ingram and two men with first-degree murder in the May 19 death of 16-year-old Antwun Parker. Parker was shot by pharmacist Jerome Ersland and Ersland is also charged with murder.
Ingram's mother -- Natasha Spigner -- says the two teens were persuaded by 31-year-old Emanuel Mitchell and 43-year-old Anthony Morrison to try and rob the pharmacy.
Mitchell and Morrison are the two men also charged with murder.
Spigner says Prater initially said he would charge only Ersland and is going back on his word. Prater says he changed his mind after additional legal research.

I think the D.umb A.ss's office is playing with the race card: The pharmacist is white, while the moonbat robbers and the human Swiss Cheese are black. Moonbats don't realize they'll become a human swiss cheese if they rob someone who has a 38 or Colt 45!
And that welfare mummy wants her kid to get off scott free. That kid should be put alongside 2 guys named Tiny and Momo...he'll be a great ASSet for the whackjobs in an Oklahoma State Prison!
Oh, one more thing Bucky: this story reminds me of one I saw on my Fox station in Southern California: some bandit tried to hold up a liquor store in Washington State. The bandit wielded a 2x4 with a bunch of nails...the store clerk wrestled the 2x4 out of the robber's hands, and started beating him with it! The robber couldn't get out of the store fast enough...the clerk gave that robber a good hammering, and made him into a human swiss cheese! Like I said, that moonbat couldn't fly out fast enough!
