Recently the left-wing censorship group Media Matters has announced they received $1 million from wealthy self loathing limousine liberal businessman George Soros.

The group says they want to hold the Fox network "accountable" for their editorial content. Unless our country has become communist overnight, I believe the First Amendment allows Fox to air whatever opinion they want. Notice how Media Matters conveniently ignores the blatant bias and distortions spewn out by CNN and MSNBC. Just Google the term "CNN bias" and you'll find find plenty of hypocrisy.

I can remember when the conservative group Media Research Center came along, and all the liberals were crying and howling foul, whining that the group fostered "censorship" of liberal media content. Now it seems that Soros and media liberals are doing the same thing they accuse conservatives of doing, censorship. It's a classic case illustrating the two-faced schizophrenia liberals have about freedom of speech, and how much they consider The U.S. Constitution to be an obstacle.

So-Called Socialist "Progress" #3

Recently, the pseudo-Marxist government of Venezuela, under President Hugo "it's an American plot!" Chavez, was caught "red" handed sitting on a mountain of rotting excess food tucked away in government storage facilities.

Of course, the Chavez administration is trying to pish-posh the whole debacle. "It's only a SMALL percentage of food that was lost," they say. "Much more than that successfully reaches the people." If 70,000 tons is a "small percentage," consider how many people that would have fed -- that's a massive FAILURE for any system, socialist or not. 70,000 tons of lost food might not be a big deal for Chavez, but it sure would have made a difference to the people it might have helped.

Although the article above was written with an apologist tone and desperately tries to justify the failure, it still goes on to report essential facts of Venezuelan socialist failure on a very large scale.

Which goes to show that regardless of what faults capitalism may have, it sure is a hell of a lot more efficient than any socialist bureaucrat system of resource distribution. At least America never had to forcefully starve 8 million people in a decade like Chairman Mao, who considered his people "useless eaters."

Tin Plate Medals for Good Little Socialists.

By now most everyone has heard that President Hussein has been awarded The Nobel Peace Prize. By now, quite a few people the world over are scratching their heads thinking:

"W.T.F?"

I mean, really. Gandhi, Mother Theresa, and the Pope are people who win international peace prizes. A basketball organizer from Chicago who uses verbal hypnosis in his campaign speeches all the way to the white house, who is sworn into office only two weeks prior to the deadline for the first nominations for the award, actually receives the prize.

What in the hell has this guy done in the same league as Gandhi and Mother Theresa? In only two weeks, no less? I'll even go so far as saying that Nelson Mendella, a prominent liberal, has done a multitude of things more to deserve a Nobel Prize than President Barrack.

Now to be fair, they don't give the award to just anybody. Only the most popular socialists and Marxists receive the award. Left wing popularity is key, you know.

What little respect I had at all for the Nobel Prize committee has vanished. What was once an institution with at least some modicum of good intention has now degenerated into a rubber-stamp ratifier of Liberal popularity, never mind any kind of worthiness. They are a propaganda organization now, nothing more.

Carter Plays the "Race Card"

It’s an old Liberal stand-by. Whenever you don’t get your way just start name-calling, especially if you’re a minority. If anyone disagrees with you, just call them racist.

Always irrepressable, Jimmy Carter said in a recent speech that Joe Wilson’s outburst during President Hussein’s recent address is because of “racism.” People don’t want a black president, Carter says.

If you want to see some good old fashioned noisy American protest, watch the videos on this liberal blog, "Think Progress."

There's only one problem, though. The noisy protesters are (sacre bleu!) real live Conservatives. They are focusing on town hall meetings held by Democrat legislators. The liberal writer of the blog post is all aghast, of course. The nerve of these right wing people, making a ruckus.

Oh, the anarchy! Such disrespect for law and order! Such ruffians, whatever shall we do? American liberals would NEVER behave like THAT.

You're No Lincoln

In recent speeches, President Hussein has continually waxed romantic about the historical legacy of Abraham Lincoln, desperately trying to wrap himself in Lincoln's mantle, the same way Reagan wrapped himself in the same American Flag that Pres. Hussein refuses to salute.

Pres. Hussein pointed to Lincoln's desire that Confederate veterans be forgiven and allowed to return to their farms to work in peace. Hussein said in effect we all need to be nice to one another in politics, "like Lincoln." Basically he was pointing a finger a Conservatives for working against him, implying that Conservatives should be "nice" like Lincoln and go along with Hussein's half-baked programs.

Here are some facts about Lincoln that President Hussein conveniently ignored:

• Lincoln declared a draft, threw all draft dodgers in jail, and kept them there indefinitely without trials. This doesn't reflect proper "liberal values."
• Lincoln did the same with public critics against the Union war effort. He also suspended Habeas Corpus in the process. Not very "liberal," either
  
• Lincoln was a Republican who would never would have authorized a multi-trillion dollar pork barrel package, like President Hussein.
• People that Lincoln said we should be nice to eventually shot and killed him anyway.
• LINCOLN AUTHORIZED THE "SCORCHED EARTH" CAMPAIGN OF GEN. SHERMAN, LEAVING VAST SWATHS OF THE SOUTH IN UTTER RUIN AND MILLIONS OF PEOPLE STARVING.
  
• Lincoln authorized Gen. Sherman to burn Southern cities to the ground, with live humans dying in the flames, many of whom were black. Definitely NOT NICE, regardless of the Union cause.

President Lincoln did whatever was militarily necessary to protect the Union from attack. President Hussein is privately negotiating appeasement with terrorist nations, instead.

Mr. Barack, YOU'RE NO LINCOLN.

Bruce Regrets His Capitalism

Bruce Springsteen, a.k.a. "The Boss" (or Soviet Party Boss, in this case,) recently expressed regrets about a marketing deal his people struck with Wal-Mart. Read about it at The Star Tribune.

It seems that the very idea of being in bed with a notorious capitalist merchanizer didn't sit well with his communist fans. The poster-child for peace pansies claims that his people didn't pay attention as closely as they should have to these things.

All the while, Bruce's personal cash register is going to be sounding "ka-ching" from the sales of his greatest hits CD. We can't have a champion Vietnam communist aider and abetter doing something that takes advantage of American capitalism, now can we?

Bruce's denial, blaming his people, is just so much Pravda fodder. He knew the whole time what he was doing. When he got called on the carpet by the commies, he had to blame somebody.

Reverend Wright Caught With Pants Down.

This is an old news item from last fall, but I really wonder just how many liberals out there are aware of it. How much did the Liberal media cover it? Nada.

It seems that President Hussein's former pastor Rev. "God Damn America" Wright has developed a distinct taste for WHITE MEAT. For months he consorted with 37 year old Elizabeth Payne, a Caucasian church secretary.

Naturally, the woman lost her job and her marriage, but little if anything happened to Reverend Wright. I'm not surprised. It's ok, because he's liberal, and he damns America. I don't know whether or not God will "Damn America," as Reverend Wright says, but I'm pretty sure I'm scripturally correct when I say that God damns lying adulterers, EVEN IF THEY ARE LIBERAL.

I thought so.

It's ok for Reverend Wright to say "God Damn America," but it's not ok for individual Mormon citizens to vote their conscience? It's not ok for Christians to fight for the lives of the unborn?

Gays and Lesbians are always going on about "tolerance" and "acceptance." They condemn "hate crimes." Yet now we see gay bloggers all over the country threatening violence upon Christians. For any liberal atheist reading this who doesn't know his Bible, Phinehas was a Levite priest who went through the camp of Isreal to find out why God had put a plague upon the children of Isreal. He discovered an Isrealite in the act of fornication with a foreign woman in his tent. Phinehas ran them both through with a javelin. God removed the plague from the camp, and then pronounced blessings upon the eternal lineage of Phinehas, for his zealousness in the cause of The Lord.

Gays and Lesbians had better be careful with their threats. What goes around, comes around. The Phinehas Priesthood has modern day counterparts, and they will not hesitate to act. Uh...$14 million is HOW MUCH? Uh...

Texas journalists have totaled the tab in the Polygamy-kids case. It tops out at over $14 million, with a third of that amount being attorney's fees (give or take a million or two.)

All of that as a result of one phone call from someone they can't even find, whose accusations cannot be corroborated.

Fourteen million is on helluva lot of clams. The state of Texas is cram full of tax-and-spend Democrats -- I'm surprised the Democrats aren't crying over the loss of money they could have used in their own pork barrels.

The State of Texas continues to say they are concerned that the kids are in imminent danger, yet Texas is filled to the brim with neighborhoods where kids have to cope daily with poverty, drugs, gangs, and teenage pregnancy. That's about as "imminent danger" as you can get. Fourteen million would have been better spent helping kids in The Barrios, rather than harassing a religious group.

I believe is was Christ who said "judge not, that ye be not judged." Let me be honest: Professional athletes are PHONY ROLE MODELS. Their drunken, coke-fueled, orgiastic lifestyles are common knowledge.The very sight of an NBA basketball player makes me think "promiscuous whore-monger."

The very sight of Charles Barkley makes me want to puke.

Here in America, it's perfectly alright for the Communist group "Move On Dotorg" to call General Patreus a liar and a traitor, but if a news commentator makes a remark about Chelsea Clinton, he gets suspended and their is hell to pay.

The commentator was only expressing concern over the Clinton's heavy use of Chelsea's support for their campaign, and he asked rhetorically whether or not she was being "pimped out." Although the choice of words may not have been the best, I still believe in essence that the question is still a valid one. Are the Clintons over-using Chelsea, in the same way an organ grinder uses a trained animal to draw crowds at a circus?

By asking such a question, the commentator and I are actually trying to express CONCERN for Chelsea and her interests. All of that is lost on her parents, who care more about stifling conservative speech while they holler about free liberal speech.

If liberals can call Gen. Patreus a traitor and a liar and get away with it, then conservatives should be allowed to question the Clintons about their craven over-use of other people. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
